Who Do Fiverr Favor

I'm testing some gigs on Fiverr to try get upsells/affiliate purchases along with the regular orders and unsurprisingly I've noticed there's a lot of idiots on there who don't read the description or just try to get a refund.

If the gig is as described who does Fiverr favor when it comes to refunds?

I know with ebay they are generally in favor with the buyer is it the same with Fiverr?

I found a guy on there who creates mobile spy phone app for 10$ so i started reselling it charging for more then i go to him pay his fiverr tgen keep the profit

My experience with fiverr is that if the seller does not provide what was promised, there is no problem getting a refund. Misunderstandings occur because it is difficult to accurately describe what one is expecting to receive versus what the seller intends to provide.

If the service was delivered as described in the gig description, they need to side with the seller. You don't have to prove anything, it was either delivered or not. If the service wasn't delivered as advertised, then you're in trouble, it's easy as that.

Fiverr doesn't have to side with anybody, you make the delivery inside their system, what they can check easily, the messages too.

Almost all freelancing platforms would rather defend the customer, after all, they bring in the money. They will, however, be by your side if you are a good service provider and if you have good reviews.

If the service wasn't delivered according to your gig's description then the buyer will get a refund easily.
