Well it looks as if Experian owns Motorfile LTD, and if that is the case just in my experience in using Experian in the past when I owned a larger finance company, they charge about $12 per record pull. So either Motorfileltd is charging the websites to use their database, or charging them per file in which case the websites must be making tons more in advertising to cover that cost.

Of course I have only dealt with them in the US and never using any of their driving data so I can't be for certain. I am sure you can ring up Experian and ask them about their Motorfile services and the cost of having it on your website.
