who can see twitter mentions??

Hello
i found good method to collect followers on twitter, but i have one question before i make a script to do all work automatically
the question is
if i wrote a tweet for someone i don't follow him and mention his username in my tweet, he will see my tweet, i tested this
but the issue: is my followers can see this tweet or not?

i hope you understand me, my English is bad

If they click on your profile to view your tweets or follow the same person, yes. They can see your tweets.

Your followers will see all the tweets that you have posted.

If you make a reply to one of the persons tweets then your followers can't see the tweet unless they are following that person as well, but if you (AT) the person aka mention them, then everyone will see the tweet
