Just sign up on http://www.azoogleads.com, http://www.maxbounty.com or others and use a fake site, google one for like funny videos and make sure no ads are really on it, and youll get invited.
 
Hi. I just joined some cpa sites in the past two weeks and had no prior experience with dealing with cpa's and I thought I was going to have the same problems. All I did was used a little one page site that anyone could set up and then when I wanted to join a cpa I filled out there information than turned around and called them directly. They usually ask how you are going to promote a new site. I just gave them some explanations like I will promote with google ads, and other extensive pay per click campaigns and i'm also hooked up with about a couple hundred website owners so I will be using link exchanges with those owners to drive traffic to my site. Explaining all this to everyone I tried to sign up, I had no problems getting accepted. The key is definitely talking to a live person and convincing that person on the other end of the phone that you will be getting alot of traffic. I hope this helps.
 
Are you referring to CPM advertising networks or CPA networks?

to qualify for cpm companies- the really good ones- you need a website with a hell of a traffic.
If you meant cpa, then read around the forum. It is very easy.
 
Easy, get alot of free crap traffic throw them all at your domain. Boost your alexa rank then apply. Call them up the second day to see if they can expedite you..... Truthfully speaking cpm companies go per site basis So go ahead and put the ad on your own website on a specific page and load the advertisement through iframes on your other websites...... It's easy money and fast.
 
It depends onm what you want to use a cpm comapny for. There are many junk companies that will just send junk traffic or bot traffic to your site and although yo umay get a boost of traffic in alexa, these days this is short lived and usually they clock on to whats going on. However, there are some hidden cpm sites that are excellent and also cost a fair bit of money, many top gurus use these companies as a fast way to create a huge list of subscriber by sending them to their opt in pages.
