Fiverr is Terrible for Twitter Followers.
I've tried them 6 times over the past 7 months and EVERYTIME,
the seller has removed them after a month or three. It's the Buy & Remove trick, to get you to buy more so they make more. Unethical.
Their good customer service folks refunded 1/3 of them and basically said not to buy them again.

It wasn't the seller, it was twitter, just suspended lots of accounts from the seller.
