Hi,

I need a quick, simple logo.

I would go to Fiverr, but I would rather get somebody from here, and I can pay now, and have the person get paid now, rather than waiting 2 weeks.

I only need something simple :)

You didn't deal with it, it's still in progress. It doesn't matter if you agree with it or not. OS decides. You didn't ask for a refund, you did a charge back after work was already completed

You shouldn't be buying or selling when there is an active SL against you

You have no idea how much of the work was done .. I asked for a refund, what's the big deal? I have done NOTHING wrong, there is no need to slam my other threads.

If the mods decide that the seller deserves the $$, then he can keep it. I have offered to let him keep 50% .. If not, then he can keep the lot. I have got better things to be dealing with.

Who's slamming your threads? You didn't ask, you took. Wait until it's sorted before creating more threads

It's funny how the OP didn't include the extremely polite email we sent him, explaining what was wrong, and ASKING for a refund. I didn't just claim it back. He refused the refund.

Someone has just delivered an awesome logo, to my expectations and his word. If he sent me samples showing awesome logo's, then sent me something done on paint, yes, I would ask for a refund, just like anyone else would.

That's business for you.
 
Well I guess none of it matters because it's not up to me, but just because you asked does not mean you're entitled, no matter how nicely you ask. I guess we'll see

Yep. I don't mind whatever the outcome. Obviously I believe I am entitled to a refund, but if the mods decide otherwise, their will be no complaint from me.
