WHMCS Troubleshooting - Duplicate Email Loop / Cron Troubleshooting etc

We need somebody to take a look at an email loop issue on our WHMCS installation.

Password reset emails are stuck in loop cycle and sending over and over again. I believe this may relate to a recent import of client emails. Users are receiving the same duplicated forgot password email every few minutes.

Note, the WHMCS installation is installed on a Ubuntu server with no backend (no control panel)

Have you checked these options within WHMCS settings >> General Settings & Security

And also paste your Postfix config here.
