Whitney Houston Dead at 48 - RIP

Humm are you sure she is dead? Just searched on google and the first result was a report on abc news:

"In a statement, her publicist, Nancy Seltzer, said, "I've just spoken to Whitney. She is perfectly fine and does not understand why, with everything going on in the world right now, they have to find new rumors to dig up. She is home in New Jersey with her family." Seltzer said people were calling the singer at home and sobbing, after apparently having heard reports of her death over the radio. According to the rumors, Houston had died of a drug overdose."

The article you're talking about here was created on september 13th. It's an old article denying an old rumor.

What I call 'no respect' it's the thousand of people who are actually trying to buy a domain name about his death to monetize.
Posting one humoristic picture where James Brown can be confused with Whitney Houston is absolutly not disrespectful in my opinion.

Beny

Laughing at a "humorous" picture portraying the death of another human being is not disrespectful??? You my friend are a dumbass straight up. Dont get me wrong they are also in the wrong as well you're not the main topic of discussion whatsoever trust me but you pull the monkey see monkey do excuse....Nuff Said.

The whole thing is a hoax Brandon...get over it...

3 words for you:

CRACK IS WHACK!!!

You are blantantly disrespectful and have no kind of home training whatsoever. I am also reporting you as well...you remind me of the douchebag who ends up getting the shit smacked out of him for running his big fat mouth too much.

Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but am I the only one who thinks the entertainment world is a better place without her? Listen to how terrible her voice was from all the drug abuse: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dqk1fTqCfNw

I am not saying that she was as great as she was previously - but at the same time, even if she wasn't does that mean that she should just go ahead and die? She entertained millions and yes, she made mistakes in her life - HUGE mistakes. Marrying Bobby Brown may have been one of the biggest ones because it certainly seems that her downhill slide started then.

It just makes me sad to hear the news and my Mom did raise with respect for people and a sense of timing. I'm not as much against what you posted above, I wouldn't have gone there, but at the same time, it's certainly not the trash posts that we've seen by others on this thread today.

As some have already said... some people are taught respect growing up and obviously, some people weren't.

*Edit* Imma say this i just seen what u said and I know you're not trying to be a jerk or nothin but some things are just better kept to yourself show the legend some respect. It will never be another Whitney Houston. R.I.P.

You act like you knew her personally. I'm guessing that the odds are you didn't know her at all.

From what I've read about her and from her own interviews, she was a serious drug addict. That is a terrible role model for all the young women trying to be like her, first of all. But when you factor in all the crap she put people through from her agents to her producers to all the people involved in her cancelled shows, not to mention her daughter... She was not a good person.

And on top of it, her voice got shot to shit. People in australia spent literally hundreds of dollars to go see her play at one of her last concerts, and came out wanting their money back.

So yea... it's not about how horrible of a person I am for saying the world is better off without her, it's about how horrible of a person she had become. She should have taken better care of herself and it wouldn't be so tragic, depressing and pathetic of a story.

It's still sad and my heart goes out to her family.

Where did I hint or act like I knew her? I just happened to have been taught some common decency.

I deleted a few of the posts on this thread.

Some people have a very sick sense of humor.

R.I.P. Whitney Houston. A truly remarkable talent was lost today. :(

Thank you WizGizmo... very much appreciated!

I pray to the members that have to make offensive comments that you or anyone close to you never dies of substance abuse. Maybe, if you had the perspective that every life is precious and people are here just expressing their feelings of lost as she reminds all of us with her voice, an angelic one that can never be replaced. Remember, role models are angels with their wings cut off(2pac) meaning that we all have faults but its not how we die that defines us it is how we are remembered by the ones that loved us. If you want to get all of bhw riled up, well you did it, what did you get out of it i have no idea and honestly i pray for you. RIP Whitney!!!

Oh my word, I'm just waiting for the new headlines of the thousands of people crying outside her funeral with candles holding VHS's of the Bodyguard and stuff :D.

I'll bet I will always love you will go back to number 1 now.
