Doing a bit of anaylsis on competitors back links and i found 5 of them have a link (or should I say HAD a link) to whitehouse.gov

The links dont seem to be there, it is a PR9 do they still get juice from this??

They only get juice if whitehouse.gov links to them. They don't get any juice by linking to whitehouse.gov.

He meant from.
That is common. I forget the reasoning, it's been brought up a few times here.
 
that's from the program you're using, i haven't used it in a while so i forget it's name, but it's the one with the green icon i think :P
 
Are they links from a subpage of whitehouse.gov or the main page? If so the PR could be different.
