I started working on a YouTube Channel back in August that was in the Education niche (Game Programming, precisely) that I've really enjoyed doing. I enjoy teaching people how to do things and I enjoy helping others. What's really bothered me though is the channels that are similar to mine that are doing not 5, not 10, not 20, but more than 50 times better than me with nearly the same amount of content in the same exact niche. My videos are mainly in the 500-5,000 view range with a few (about 2) breaking 15,000. The only difference I can really see between our channels is that they all have basically announcer voices, while I do not.

I have a decent quality microphone (Blue Yeti) with a pop-filter and have adjusted all of my settings for the best sound quality possible.

I have a website that's directly related to my niche that I have poured my heart and soul into. Just recently I've started posting content on it again (As it crashed a few months ago due to the host being horrible and refusing to domain transfer) however I've been keyword targeting really hard and making sure that all of my SEO is top notch. I have a community for people to come join, talk, and ask questions if they wanted.

My competitor's websites are nasty shades of dark colors that don't go very well with eachother, a ghetto forum that's really difficult to navigate. (Not even a forum, imo, just called one.) and doesn't have any type of pages targeting keywords.

I make proper usage of annotations on my videos, directing my viewers where they need to go, and keep everything in playlists.

I have higher quality content then my competitors, code wise. This is not a biased opinion, this is fact. I explain things much better and go into much greater detail while keeping the pace nice and fast. I also take time to reply to almost every comment left on all of my videos.

I make use of my description and tags and do everything I can to get on the first page of youtube, if not the first spot. (Which I have on a few videos, hell in a certain category I own every spot on the first page, just by making a few videos of the same type with different names and different ways to go about it.)

I just don't know what to do, I'm trying really hard to build something here, but after looking at all their statistics, it's rediculous.

Your channel needs to build up subscribers and authority so I'll try to give some pointers across to give you a good setup.
    1. You want to be actively posting on your Google+ Account daily.
    2. You want to comment relative helpful posts and resources to competitors Google+ Accounts and YouTube channels actively, without spam.
    3. You want to make sure your video tags, descriptions, titles, and annotations are keyword focused.
    4. High Retention Quality Views, Likes, Comments from a long reputable seller (not cheapest seller, a seller who's thread you looked over intensively to help you rank videos).
    5. Get proxies for account management and upload of proxy accounts for videos.
    6. Use the view seller to boost proxy channels of your content, making it seem like your popular (include other channel content as well to make it look like a authentic adsense spammer), its like free promotion just spammy etc.
    7. Utilize advertising through YouTube and Google Search / network to gain more followers and branding influences.

Iknw its not much, but not even I am going to to give you my full list of secret sauce, just a hearty taste of it. Hope this helps.

The ones I really want to touch on are:

High Retention Quality Views, Likes, Comments from a long reputable seller (not cheapest seller, a seller who's thread you looked over intensively to help you rank videos).
    5. Get proxies for account management and upload of proxy accounts for videos.
    6. Use the view seller to boost proxy channels of your content, making it seem like your popular (include other channel content as well to make it look like a authentic adsense spammer), its like free promotion just spammy etc.

I'm a partner and I don't want to risk my partnership as I've been with them since the network started. (I'm one of the original 1000 members). which is now well over a few million. Also I don't understand 5 and 6 very well.

If you are stable partner with youtube then you don't want to risk anything with proxies. Work legal

You use your competitors to your advantage, all you have to do if they are competing in your specific Niche is go to there videos every one of them as you seem desperate and make a google circle out of each and every commenter, add them to your niche circle like "education" or a specific topic click on there G+ id and keep adding them this is very slow procedure but its worth it, once your circles are all sorted out by now you must have like over 500+ in each circle just go to your video and share your content with with via google+ share also remember to add the relevant circles, plus your followers too, then click on send email feature too and share. Now in your video make annotation to rank up that "share" you made to boost your presence on google plus this will give you direct traffic check this tutorial for understanding this concept more easily i recommend you watching it till the end as every one knows how to make a circle its the direct emailing your circle which brings you targetted traffic and this video is the best in illustrating my point

Beware though this is a very hard core method so may be set your self a target of 50 guys adding to a specific circle every day or more if you want, actually you will be feeding off your competitors success best of luck.

You don't risk your adsense since you will not be linking your adsense to these proxy accounts, rather you will be using them to spam out videos (sowly adding more of your videos to these account sthan competitors, but still keeping them in the mix).

This effect will create more competition for your niche (you control the competition), making it easier for you to slip in later and become more and more popular by osmosis.

Don't buy fake views and promote you channel on discussion boards relevant to your niche and also question and answers sites with your link silently pasted in their to prevent your channel for being marked as spam.
