This is for a (CPA) rebill.
Investment Option 1:
If you know how to drive traffic (to the tune of 50 leads per day or so) and the CPA network doesn't need to be paid, we're looking at an investment of just under $10k or so (mostly for inventory, although we have initial product in stock and we're looking into other manufacturers who might offer terms, so that number might be lower and/or we can always throttle traffic).
ROI: Starting on day 29, we're looking at just under $3k per day. Your initial investment would be recouped very quickly from your split of profits (you do the math). Everything after that is pure profit for you.
--
Investment Option 2:
If we need to get the CPA network involved, then the initial investment is significantly higher -- about $80k. This is for inventory and CPA fees.
ROI: Starting on day 29, we're only looking at just under $500 per day. That goes up to just over $1k a day on day 89. Your investment would be recouped completely by day 280. Everything after that is pure profit for you.
--
Investment Option 3:
This is an in-between option. We can finance the cost of the CPA network, so all that's needed is the $10k or so (for additional inventory).
ROI: The fees for financing will cut into our own profits, so the breakeven and other numbers will reflect that accordingly. However, once we're paying the CPA network ourselves, we're again looking at over $1k a day.
--
The above projections are based on 50 leads per day and do take into account: retention rates, returns, processing fees, reserve, cost of goods sold, fulfillment, customer service. We have all of this in place already.
They do NOT take into account: hosting (negligible), software (negligible), upsells (HUGE for profitability).
They also don't reflect the potential of:
(1) scaling up - imagine what the numbers will look like for 100, 200, 300 sales per day etc.
(2) exit strategy - how much do you think a mostly hands-off business making $X,XXX+ per day would be worth?
