whitehat blog network service

im trying to remember the blog service that was on this thread. it was for 100 pr0 blogs fed onto sites with unique class c they also offered 100 pr1+ blogs and a bunch of other pacakges, cant seem to find it now, it show the ranking screen shot increase. there were a bunch of other packages too. i wanted to use it

they were contextual links. they also offered bigger packages.
