Hey everyone!

So, I was doing a little thinking about how to re-structure my web design services and I came up with a little idea. I've seen it done before, but perhaps not as smoothly as I plan to have it done.

Here we go:

White label web design services

A service that off-liners can re-sell onto clients for a premium. You as the sales person would be able to make a purchase on behalf of the client (at a fixed price, for a fixed list of items) and then make a margin on top (as much as you like). I would provide custom themed websites based on a variety of templates at fixed prices (so you can adjust your margins accordingly, and close deals as quickly as possible), as well as the option for an entire custom built website (with a quote provided ASAP).

You would be provided with a variety of sales material including;

- Whitepapers explaining the importance of modern web-design
- If you want, a custom branded portfolio portal (with which to showcase the kinds of work that "you" will be doing for the client)
- Business cards (with a custom title)

Turn around times would be pretty quick for the templated websites (ideally within a few days of order), however I would cap the amount of people that come on board at a point in order to ensure all transactions go through smoothly. All templated websites would have a custom CMS so that your client can edit the website himself.

I'd like to if any of you offline guys are interested in something like this, and if so I'd definitely consider making this a reality.

Interested. PM me your prices. I work with offline clients.

As someone that's been doing this for years... be sure you get EVERYTHING in writing as far as how much you're being paid for which EXACT service(s). Small business owners typically are real penny pinchers and will try to get you to do things that weren't part of the job when it was quoted. Tie them to an offline IM guy and it's a fun experience lol
