Hey everyone, what are some lesser known ways to grow Youtube Channel organically + artificially? Should I only go for organic posts and contents or mix it up with black hat

Never purchase subs, views, likes and comments on the fresh channel. First grow organically, I know it's slow and frustrating. But after start getting some organic activity, slowly start pumping up your video views, likes and comments. Again, never purchase subs till you reach a few thousand organic ones.

I think you should actually never purchase subs all together. You can purchase the other stuff, but when you purchase subs, they will not watch your youtube videos which lowers your CTR and your video will not go viral.
Post your videos on stuff like Reddit, external views can give you a boost in the Algorithm. Focus on your audience retention which means good video editing and create good thumbnails to increase CTR.

Yes there are services who sell these but you will ruin your old/new channel.
YT can see that there are abnormal views/likes etc and just bans you or gives shadowban for life.
You want this? I dont think so..
Grow organically. Yes its hard to see when you make lots of work on your videos and thumbnails and SEO and you see very little views.
With YT its normal. Keep uploading and improving content and thumbnails and hashtags. Keep consistent uploading schedule.
Analyze the traffic in your channel.
Some channels blow up only after 3-4 weeks, some need 1-2 months.
YT algo works this way.
We dont talk about Ronaldo channel, which blew up within few hours.
They know who Ronaldo is and obviously favor "stars".

That's terrible algo but I guess it's for good. Yes hear about CR and I'm gonna go organic. Can I buy views and likes like very small quantity to just create that psychological effect on the visitors?

The only thing you should focus heavily ---- retention.
I'm starting off my youtube journey. Posted 10 videos. only one got viral. what was so different in that video? Retention. Other videos have better CTR, and other metrics. but This one got boost.

Use popular and high cpc based keywords for your youtube channel.
Also use the right category.
I always use people & blogs category because it was the first and only one category for long time.
Did you every try youtube domain with your country subdomain .
Is it domain forwarding?
Than research the sub domain based popular keywords also.

I would advise you to do 80% organic and 20% bot.
