White Hat SEO Services

I am not completely sure this is the right place to post this so I hope I don't get scolded of this.

I am trying to start an SEO service in Canada, and was looking for experienced SEO'ers or a company that would like to offer me their services at a discounted/wholesale/affiliate price, where I bring them customers under my company name and pay said SEO company of their service. Is there anyone like this around , or is anyone willing to help.

i have seen some people on fiverr but i wanted to have packages to give out to people and special contracts if they really needed top ranking on google... i wanted someone who can do it all not just send me backlinks and stuff

There are some good suggestions above, although most of these (e.g. go on fiverr, hire someone on e-lance) aren't probably what OP is looking for as the goal seems to be to have the whole process relatively hands-off, where OP only takes care of marketing and doesn't need to manage actual workers doing the SEO.

I'm surprised no-one has suggested to get in touch with some of the (many!) people who provide their SEO service here in the services section. You can pick those that have good feedback and provide the kind of service that you're looking to provide to your client, get in touch with them and I'm sure many will be more than happy to figure out a white-label deal with you.
