White hat SEO authority service

Hey guys,

I am looking for suggestions on services that may or may not be on BHW, but that are totally white hat that resemble this:

I was very interested in this service but because I am particular about any seo that goes to my money site I can't commit to anything that could possibly involve blackhat tactics (so I would need to know exactly what is being done).

Any suggestions?
