White Hat Link Building!

I have few questions about forum comment backlinks. I am wondering, what is the proper way to post links in forum threads?.
I'm going to show you the ways i'm doing them, advice me if i'm doing them correctly.

I post links to my site as hyper links in the comment text. I use 2 formats. the HTML and BBcode format to hyper link the words.
Now, My question is. Which one of these methods will I get most juice out of. Or all 3 methods get me the same juice. Advise me of whats best.

1) Hyperlinking to keywords I am targeting for the page I am posting the link to.

2) Now the second method I am using is that I am hiding the link under a comma or a period. Pretty much I am hyper linking to irrelevant keywords, just to hide my link.
Is this method a black hat method? and will google penalize me for it?

3) Naked link


So those are the 3 methods I am using, I need all you experts to pitch in with this one. Give me the best tips you have.
I would like to know which of these 3 methods has the I can get the most juice out of when posting comments on forums.

Or is it as long as I have a link in there, does it matter which way?

IF there is a better way, please let me know. Also just answer me with related answers to what i'm asking.

Don't hide the link in a period. Thats really stupid. Google can see that and it looks like spam.

The only reason why i'm hiding it because my link has the word "steroids" in it and I cannot post something with the word "steroids" on most fitness forums.

So what is the best way for me to post my link in forums?

I've never done work in the fitness niche, but why not use "muscle enhancers" or some other word for the anchor text?

Simply never hide the link in commas or periods. Best way to put the link is using appropriate anchors. keeping it over the target keyword may work, but its excessive use will hurt your SEO. keep different anchors everytime . NAked link should be used only when its required or you are simply promoting link . out of your three options , i always conclude myself at 1st.

Do the 1st and 3rd methods mate.

i prefer both both naked links and anchor text links

Either way would do its best to switch up anchor text and naked url. You can also use generic anchors as read more and click here. Dont put backlinks in periods and other signs that looks spammy.

The only way to truly build white hat links is to create something that people (not you) want to tell their friends about. They will then link it for you. That happens to me rarely but sometimes. It makes me happy. What you want to know is how to stay under the radar when building links in a blackHat fashion and that's OK. Its 1 and 3.

hiding links is a crime in google eyes
