First I am not sure if this goes here if not please remove. I was talking today to an affiliate manager on the phone about where my check was and stuff and well i should be getting it soon. we were talking about promoting and he said he has a guy promoting on facebook and stuff i asked him if it was ok to post ads on cl and he said it is. He gave his email and also said to email him my results from doing it. do you think its a setup? do you think they will ban me if i do cl traffic? he said if i want to promote on facebook or whatever to just give him the heads up first.What do you guys think about it.

some networks are okay with all sorts of traffic. you'd be surprised what little talks like that can do for you.
 
whats the affil. Most will say they take it and just not pay you...

Really? That's not my experience at all. Some networks allow all sorts of things that's what the manager is for. The manager is supposed to be able to handle all dealings between the advertiser and the affiliate
 
he said they dont allow facebook but has a guy promoting through it and if i want to just promote that way to let him know. so i asked about cl and he said yes he said just dont try to trick them they want people that are interested in what i will be pushing. He also gave his email and said to email him when i start and how it works out. what information should i give him?
 
we have white hat sites that will allow it, as long as you disclose it first. PM me if you want more info.

A setup? Nah, I don't think so. Although, just to be sure, I'd shoot him an email, just to have things black on white ;) Then, if the do ban you for this, you can shove it up their asses.
 
all you need to do is make sure the traffic you send them converts for the advertiser. as long as the cpa networks gets paid, you get paid. simple as that.

that is not true. i got banned from cashcrate a gpt site that paid you only if your leads made them money and they banned me for spamming cl. i also got banned from cj for spamming cl.
 
no this is not for ewhoring. and its not a cr offer or a background check offer.
 
Yup tex. Just 2 that come to mind are quickbuck.com and tubetitans.com. Both claimed they were okay with CL traffic and did several members here out of money.
 
Well CU still uses QB as a biller so they must be ok with it. I think if you are telling guys to cancel or hiding terms they dont get a lot of rebills and thats what they dont like. Just my 2 cents
