Start from web 2.0 then get as much as you can from social networks i guess
In such sites I cannot talk with the service provider directly, so I am not interested on those

Use diverse link building services. don't go with any one of the above. Btw, all link building methods work if you safely play.
You can buy the shitiest links in the market place. There are lots of links which are considered to be the spamiest such as deinexed PBNs, thin content non relevant sites, spun Web 2.0 and fake social signals.

Links with high PA/DA/TF/CF/PR/MozRank. Preferably not from expired domains and obvious PBN type of sites (a blog with tons of unrelated posts on a domain that changed recently changed everything, from content, layout, URL structure, whois info, etc.). I recommend going with high authority links from established sites instead.
