I very often hear that Google loves "clear programmed" Wordpress templates.
What exactly is clear?
can anybody show me examples of good and "clear programmed" Wordpress templates?

Crawlers generally like well-structured and internally linked websites, I didn't hear about anything what you said about any specific WP templates. You can make WP blog easily ranking for low-competition keywords only by good internal lining and optimized structure. Use breadcrumbs plugin, Platinum SEO, sitemap, lots of tags...and you'll be fine no matter what theme you'll be using.
