I am wondering about Amazon Affiliate websites, so I want to know which WordPress theme is the fastest by your experience till now?

I use TheGem theme and its very responsive and easy editable and also quite fast.

You should try WoodMart, it is a highly specialized theme for you. It is also fast.

Personally, I use Flatsome. I have never had any issues with it at all and it's fast af

GeneratePress, OceanWP, Astra all three are fast enough and highly customisable.

I use Newspaper rn but I will definitely try out GeneratePress as recommended by some users above.

First of all, stay away from multipurpose or feature-packed themes, they are usually coded-bloated and it will give you nightmares with performance/speed.

Unless you´re on a great, robust, and lightning-fast hosting, obviously.

But, if that´s NOT the case, then, these are my choices...
  • If you have some web developing background - Genesis Framework
  • If you DON´T have any web developing background - GeneratePress
This is the easiest and hassle-free way to build an affiliate site without harming your site´s performance/speed in the process.

But, if you really want to go the extra mile and think looong term then, I highly recommend you check Oxygen.

People often mistakenly think Oxygen is just another page builder and that´s a common misconception.

Oxygen is NOT a page builder is a THEME BUILDER!

By far, the best way to build a custom theme from scratch without having to master HTML, CSS, and JS.

It does, however, require you to know some basic CSS and its learning curve is a bit steep but, I promise you, it will be worth it.

YouTube and Udemy are filled with great and FREE tutorials and courses from where you can learn CSS in no time. It´s really NOT that complicated once you get the hang of it and, Oxygen itself is NOT that hard to learn either.

After you get the hang of it, you can literally build custom themes as you please and, in regards to performance...IS NOT EVEN CLOSE!

These are my 2cc!!

Yes, I heard about Oxygen many times even I watched some tuts on Youtube. My concern is to use the blog asap, so to learn O2 I need to give time but definitely go for it for future websites. Currently, I am using myThemeShop Publisher theme which is lightweight but how you can define it with GeneratePress with Publisher?

I will vote for generate press + astra + ocean wp

I'd vouch for OceanWP. The free version is pretty much packed with features and supports Elementor (site builder).

Try Plox, its fast and goes crazy well with elementor

Can't agree more.. new users tend to bite the "wow #1 best seller multi purpose best theme" which comes with 100s of BS hardcoded options that most of the time no one use, but need semi super computer to load for under 1sec. And of course the "pro devs" blame hosting providers.

Oxygen is great theme builder.
