Which Wordpress Theme is Better?

I'm starting a wordpress blog and I need help choosing a theme. I found two nice one and can't decide on which one is the best?

Come on guys, help me out here!

Both themes look nice...I like the layout of the London example better...
 
I have used london live before and had many issues with it i would do the backstreet really nice theme!
 
Backstreet obviously : More simple and clean than the london.
 
I will suggesting you themeforest.net/item/backstreet-blog-magazine-theme/full_screen_preview/1680564 , that's good for seo point for view .
 
Backstreet looks better to me.

I would go with the London Live theme. It seems more professional and more inviting at the same time. The theme also seems to have more variety in terms of placeholders for content. Some bloggers steer away from white backgrounds and black text because they think this layout is boring. This kind of thinking can be a mistake in many cases because it is really the content that keeps a great site far from being boring on any level. Some well-placed and eye-catching images and videos are some of the best means of spicing up a white site background for starters.
