Which wordpress theme for a e-commerce store?

Hello,

I am planning to start a e-commerce store, we are starting with one product for now and want to launch in two different countries but plan to add countries along the way.

I'd be keen to know which theme would be suitable, ideally highly customizable, lightweight and allows us to grow also it would be really nice if it has a dark theme function.

Are there themes that come with inbuild AI functions?
