    Whatever I think looks appropriate.

    I've used D5 Business Line (the free version needs work), Hedge, Clovemix Pro, Minamaze, and a bunch of other free and premium themes over the years.

    I usually use them as parent themes and make a customised child theme from them.

    Really depends on what industry etc.. I have used a ton of themes Divi works well in a lot of applications but I theme is simply what you or your client is looking for.

    I choose themes based off of design needs and the speed optimization

    Local SEO can be done through plugins or some customizations. NAP in schema can be done easily. Yoast can help in some seo things.

    Find a theme based on your design requirements for the niche your are in and how fast it loads
