Godaddy or bluehost are good?
Can i easily change the host provide in the future?

I don't recommend either one of them I mean it's not a bad start if you really want to go with any of the above but see that you read the reviews online

What's your budget like?

I just went through the page and there are a lot of hosting services to choose from and many of them are affordable plus you can reachout to the owner on BHW is any issues arise but remember to do your digging before choosing the right provider
 
I think you need to check what exactly you need in terms of space and bandwidth. Estimate your budget and only after that move further.
That is normal to sign up for the company you believe will be the best for 1 month and start using the service.
Once you make sure you are dealing with right provider you can shift to the annual plan.
 
Bluehost is better between the two.
 
unless you are going to go with wpengine Then i would not really look at any web host that offers optimized wordpress hosting. In most cases they are the exact same shared server as they have other shared hosting clients on nothing really done for the wordpress side of things.

Your better off getting a dedicated server and setting it up the way you want.
 
If your budget is around $5/month: Bluehost, Siteground,
If you have a high budget: Cloudways, Kinsta, WP Engine

Changing hosts in the future is simple and most web hosts provide that service free of cost.

Give Linode a try
It's not as difficult as people make it sound
Pricing is very fair and isn't expensive at all.
A $5 project can host multiple small sites without issues
Easily scalable to higher plans without limitations DO has

I already convinced quite a few people to go linode including @Gogol :rolleyes:

Avoid godaddy, their performance is sluggish. You should look at free ssl certificate included in the monthly cost. Sometimes this requires an extra setup, (like namecheap wildcard ssl support)

If you are asking about godaddy and bluehost, then you should avoid linux, and look for something cpoanel based. A2, hostgator, tier.net are good examples that meet the criteria.

Do you need to use web hosting? Have you tried using a VPS? It's way faster.
