Which will be the right way to direct my linkjuice?

Hi Guys
So i have a blog with 21 categories, each category has a bunch of posts that bring in traffic.

However, I also have one static page for every category.

What will be the best way to have the linkjuice from the posts and category flow over to the relatesd static page?

I have links pointing to:

www.mydomain.com/category/
www.mydomain.com/category/post
www.mydomain.com/category-related-static-page

Should I just link
www.mydomain.com/category/post
to
www.mydomain.com/category-related-static-page ????

I figured I would loose the weight of
www.mydomain.com/category/

I was thinking abouy using a category to page redirect, but i am not sure...??
I am using WP

If i got your question properly, Here is my opinion. .

As you have many niches in your website, you can do link building for the deep links with the proper niches. . Hope you got the point. .

I don't think redirect is the best way. .

I mean to say, you need to do some small amount of link building for inner links, Which will help you to get main page ranked as well. .

yes but i mean structure wise, what will be the best way to link them up...

i have not connected the above URLs yet (well a little) but i want to have to linking structrue right before i go ahead.
