Which Whiteboard Software Creates This Type of Animated Video? [Cut-out]

I've been trying to figure this out for the past few hours and its bothering me.


Which software is used to create this type of video animation? The unique cut-out is either a theme purchased or a software i cannot find. Here are a few examples:

Looks like ANY editor (Adobe Premier) and some compositing software (I use Digital Fusion but most use Adobe After Effects). If I make it i would record the hand motions on a green board then slide the other elements in UNDER the hand. The page roll effect is nicely timed (prob too 20X tries to get the timing right). Its actually pretty simple work-wise but adjusting the timing of the layers so it looks like the hand is pushing things around seems to be the most tedious part. The Adobe tools could knock this out pretty easily. (he also uses a number of masks to do clear wipes from one side to another)

This isn't videoscribe. This was done with AfterEffects. Are you needing whiteboard at this level because this takes significantly more time and money than other software.
 
I think I know, it's the whiteboard explainer plugin by mister house on videohive

Pretty awesome

Think it's using a mix of animation composer with the plugin and some of their own
