@UnusualSubstance loves https://www.websitecarbon.com/ for this purpose. I haven't actually tried it myself though, my needs are usually bulk.
But after the hiccups of the last few weeks regarding the indexing API, most of the indexing services here are still working in one form or another. Another study coming soon.

OmegaIndexer, Elitelink Indexer, or some tools use Google Index API as core technology to support indexing.
