Hi! I need to transfer money from my first paypal account to my second one. But in my country paypal don't allow to send payment in dollars from two accounts of same country (my country) there is a way like a website that can receive my funds for the first one and I can cash to second one?
Which website can do this?

You can try if you have a freelancer account then create a project and deposit funds for the project and register as another user and then award the project to your second account and then after completion release the funds, then VIA freelancer you'll receive the funds to your other account, but keep in mind that don't let freelancer get to know that you have two accounts with them and freelancer charge a fee for their service.
