If you use hosting, you will constantly encounter restrictions. I would buy and use the vps from Contabo for 6€. I would set up Aapanel and open as many sites as I wish.

With a budget like that, without any SYS Admin knowledge, you would be going for first tier cloudways for Cloud hosting
or shared hosting. (Remember, if you are going for hosting who can also be a domain provider, like Namecheap, do not host your websites & domains on the same provider/account).

Otherwise, if you do have sys admin knowledge, Digital Ocean and Vultr is great and cheap.

@zfc, hosting from Contabo is still also hosting.

Use Bluehost. Their shared hosting plans start at just $2.75 per month, and they include unlimited bandwidth, storage, and email accounts.

Does Hostgator not has the same ridiculous rules and policies like godaddy? What's about their dmca policy, do they allowing content curation the right way?
