Which web hosting affiliate program can you recommend?

I would like to start promoting a good web hosting service on one of my sites. But I'm lost as to which service to promote. I'm looking for a web hosting company that meets the following requirements:

• Offers good quality services
• Offers affordable rates with very little or no renewal increments
• Pays good affiliate commission (anything from $40 is cool for me)
• Has an accurate affiliate tracking system that doesn't shave commissions (I know most programs are guilty of this.

So, over to you, veterans in the house. If you've had good experience with a web hosting affiliate program or know any that ticks all my checkboxes, kindly help me out.
