I'm about to set up 12 tier 2 blog sites for my link wheel and wondered which are the best options?

I have a list of 60 or so but wondered which you guys deviate towards?

great list.... i think its surely helps to improve SERP
 
Any of them are good for Tier 2. You kind of separate your risk from your site, and its not like they are all that low quality links to begin with (especially if they are unique) so you should be good.
