Which VPS Webhost?

The host I use is http://www.surpasshosting.com/ and they have great service with good prices on VPS/dedis. You can open up a reseller account on a VPS and from there create multiple cPanels through WHM like you said. You can also do dedicated IPs for each one, but I think it's like $2/month per.
Also, this is the same company as HostDime (read the reviews) just without phone support (instead opts for very fast chat and help desk support). But since you're doing a VPS, if you'd prefer phone support to guide you through everything, you may want to look at HostDime (higher prices, though, to cover the phone support).

Thank you! They seem a bit pricey, so i searched around and found mochahost.com for 14$/month. I can add additional ip's for 1$/month if i understood that right. Perfect for a MNS empire 
This way i can create 10 different cpanel accounts each with a unique ip. It looks like 10 different hosts to google and i can manage everything within one cPanel account... awesome...

I suggest you try knownsrv.com
I was on their usa vps for one of my personal sites and the speed was absolutely amazing! Their vps node is located at softlayer if I am correct. Also you can get a 45 day cpanel/whm trial, when installing cpanel on the vps if the vps ip hasn't been used too many times to install it. As for ip's if I think they sell extra ip's and $2 per extra one.
