Poweruphosting, lynxvps and xxserver are the best hosting companies according to me. The pricing might be high but the customer support and the tools never disappoint.

Greencloud VPS and Solid SEO VPS are the ones that I use. I've never had any issues with either.

I've been leery of budget VPS providers as most are just resellers and don't really stand behind their product. With Solid SEO VPS and Greencloud, their support has always answered my questions within minutes. GreenCloud is a little more expensive but I've never lost access. Same with Solid SEO VPS.

I run GSA SER, GSA CB, RankerX, uBot Studio, and a few of my own tools on the Greencloud VPS. I run Scrapebox and GSA Platform Identifier on the Solid SEO VPS. Both run flawlessly.
