Never tried any of them, But most VPS providers offer 100MBps ports, Poweruphosting offers 1000MBps ports for around the same price, Goodluck.

Ahh. For linux boxes I use:
quickweb (New Zealand company, but they also sell vps in Europe)
chicagovps

I usually shop for big discounts on lowendbox, because I don't need very big machines.

I dont recomend xsserver.eu because once they know you are running some blackhat tool they shut you down. There is still people running sb and other tools like that on their vps but sometimes they pick on different people randomly.
