I generally like to use proxies, and have not tested many VPNs, but at the moment I use CyberGhost and they are ok.

I've been using Express VPN for some time now and have never had any issues with it. Highly recommended

Check if your internet provider has a vpn service, or are you looking for something free?

I liked PIA when I used them; good pricing and an overall great working VPN.

For what things do you use your VPN? A "good VPN" is a pretty subjective question to ask. :)

Open VPN & Private Tunnels for my Android Devices.

I don't use VPN for PC but I use SSL Private IPs.

Is there any reason you need a browser-based VPN? As you can usually use the credentials of a vpn on a browser if you set it up through the browsers settings.
