Which VPN Service?

Hey guys,

So my membership with VPN Express is coming to an end at the end of the month. Overall it's ok but not that great. Every time I fire up my qBittorrent everything slows down hard.

I will like to switch to another service provider? Any suggestion?

I can second that about PrivateInternetAccess (PIA) they're good to torrent through $7 monthly
