Which VPN recommend for new paypal acct

I'm looking into create new paypal account since old one is blocked by paypal.
And I want absolute perfect on this one, so want to use VPN to create and manage the new paypal account.

What VPN service is recommend?

You don't need a VPN,
just clear all cookies with Ccleaner,
restart your router to change your IP address (unless you have static IP)
and start over
 
I have static ip... just want to safe
 
From what i here hxxp://strongvpn(dot)com/ is pretty much the best. You can chat with customer service right on there site and they will tell you all you need to know
 
You do need a VPN. Go for a dedicated IP as they wont be able to detect that you are using a VPN connection [Generally]..
As far as VPN recommendation is concerned. You can check out HMA, PureVPN and StrongVPN and choose the one which best suits your need. I am using PureVPN though and their service is satisfactory..
 
I use Hideman software. Fast speed and clear IPs. Maybe because new VPN service ;)
Recommend for paypal too.
 
Thanks Guys for the suggestions, But one quick question, how can i use paypal if i come from a country while it is banned. Not being to use paypal limits the number of opportunities one can exploit online...! any idea will be much appreciated. Thanks...
 
I have heard that most vpn's you purchase from sites now are used ones and ebay is blocking your account. Does anyone know anything about this have you ever goten linked from useing a used vpn?

If VPN will fail you can buy yourself a full Windows VPS.

Open a DOS window, and type the command:

ipconfig /all

Look at the results. If the line Dhcp Enabled has a Yes beside it, you have a dynamic IP address. You'll also see at the bottom of the output when the lease was obtained and when it expires. This is when your machine got the IP address, and when it will be getting a new one from the DHCP server.

If the line Dhcp Enabled has a No beside it, you have a static IP address.

In all likelihood, you have a dynamic IP address. Static is available on ADSL connections, but it usually costs more.

It's getting hard mac filtering my modem and retaining certain ips when I have mutiple ebay stealth accounts.

Im wanting to try out a vpn soon. I have heard that most vpn sites resell the same vpn to someone else after its been used.

Making your ebay account suspended very soon from a ip linking from a ebay user that has used the exact same ip and goten suspended from ebay.

Has anyone experienced that from a vpn service? Also is there any vpn providers that guarantee the vpn to have never been used?
