Which vpn is not detected by https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Probably none? Gotta use a Proxy to be undetected.
Seeing that an IP is coming from a VPN is easy and whatismyipaddress has quite advanced detections compared to other IP checkers.

Torguard vpn has some residetal ips, they pass the "vpn check test" with some minor tweaking in your os, but requires extra money to pay

Which vpn is not detected by https://whatismyipaddress.com as vpn but normal ip.
vpns that use obfuscated servers, residential IPs, or frequently rotated
IP addresses, such as NordVPN, Surfshark, and PrivateVPN, are less
likely to be detected as VPNs by tools like whatismyipaddress

Janet36603 nailed it. ISP proxies and mobile proxies are the cleanest options here since they pull from real carrier or ISP-assigned IPs. VPNs will almost always show a flag on whatismyipaddress because the detection databases are built around known VPN datacenter ranges.

if you specifically need to pass as a clean residential IP, static residential or ISP proxies are the way to go. torguard's residential add-on works for some but it's inconsistent depending on which IP you get assigned. the underlying logic is simple: if the IP has ever been used by a VPN service at scale, it's probably already flagged.
