Which video is better for ranking?

it all depends on the video watch time, if you have 2000 views on each and the 4 min video got 80% retention (106.6 hrs of total watch time)
and the 11 min video got only 20% retention (73.3 hrs of total watch time), than the shorter video will be ranked better.
but if you add the same exact views the longer video will hold more watch time and will rank better

Video length do not matter much if you are getting better view rates but its always best to have a longer video for better results.
