There is 2 main types of marketers out there when it comes to strategy. You have the "Bulls Eye" type, and you have the "all over the board" type. The "Bulls Eye" type will take a mythotical approach (only pitching to a few), and try to bag the elephant with every pitch they make, where as the "all over the board" approach focuses on the numbers (pitching to as many as possible, with a lower conversion rate than the "Bulls Eye" type). I personally prefer the "all over the board" approach, because even though the conversion rate is much lower, it usually evens itself out. Plus, with the "Bulls Eye" approach, there is still no guarantee that every pitch will convert. Which type of marketer are you?
