If even BM2500 is considered weak, then you should prioritize accounts with a clean spending history, stable payment methods, and full Business Verification, rather than just looking at the BM limit.

i find personal account is so fine

I'm using BM3, it's very good and cheap.
I do not think that the type of account is the determining factor at all. I have en countered cases where high limit accounts have failed, while older accounts with regular spending history has performed exceptionially well. Account stability comes with account reputation, regular payments, and the management of the campaigns and not the hunt for the highest BM. The limit looks impressive on paper but not much else.
