why should I use them? I have used something but its not nearly cost effective. and if you use Adsense then don't ever think about it. it will destroy your account.

Sounds good. I read "Huge impact on Alexa rank, Pagerank & other metrics" on their site. Alexa OK, but how can traffic have an influence on Pagerank (very interested if this works) ? Personally I have tested more than 50 traffic brokers up to now. Finally I'm using Ebesucher, Ougos and Hitleap (all of them cheap and anonymous, with some goodies).
