which tools do you use to optimize a wordpress blog for your keywords?

    I am an asp.net programmer and my sites are all asp.net, I am now trying to start using wordpress, can you please tell me which tools do you use to optimize your sites for your keywords?

    A blog will be a work in progress in that you should be continually adding to it. Other than the usual advice with the title tag and keywords you should use the built in SEO plugin and the google sitemap generator.
    These have always done the job for me.

    Of course as you populate your posts then simply think about how you add your KW.
