Which tools do you use as an ORM provider?

To work efficiently, we prefer to use tools. However, most are quite expensive, or many overlap in their applications.
Since the market for me is almost unmanageable, I ask for your support.
Here I am thinking of the following interfaces/applications and my requirements.

1. Customer-Agency: Communication, Reporting, Billing ... Did I forget something?
2. Agency -freelancer: communication, planning, order placement, tracking, project management ...
3. [Agency-government: accounting, tax ... well, first of all not high on the list]
4. SEO tools
5. Social Media
6. Online PR

It would be nice if you tell me which tools you use and their benefits explained briefly.

• For invoicing: Microsoft Word and PayPal (where applicable). Tracking via Excel.
• For general analytics and VA tracking: Microsoft Excel, to Google Sheets.
• For SERP tracking: SERPWoo, free version works fine for me.
• For accounting/tax/finances: Personal Capital, exporting transactional data to Google Sheets. TurboTax for taxes, as I do my own (accounting degree here).
• For social media: Hootsuite for relevant scheduling, everything else is manual, either via VA or on my own.
• Ahrefs, Scrapebox, Majestic for other things. IFTTT sometimes for automation.

Everything else I do manually, either on my own or through a VA. Call me old school, but hey, it works.

for taking your time. I am a little messy with excel, mostly in the question of organizing in the longterm. Do you use any monitoring tool,or just google alerts?

I use Grade.us to take feedbacks from my customers. And add those feedback as Google or Facebook reviews.

I barely do ORM anymore , but for accounting quickbooks works good. Then TrafficTravis , Google Sheets and Basecamp (for project management) completed my stack of "external apps". For posting and whatknot I had several imacros scripts tied to captcha services.
