Which tools can post comments on drupal sites

If you are talking specifically about blog comments and not posts, then xrumer can post to some. You should be able to find around 400 unique domains give or take.
If you are talking about blog posts, then GSA does a pretty good job. You just need to scrape more targets, and use a captcha solving service, as captcha breaker is not able to solve those captchas very well.
