Which tool to use for analyzing social media presense ?

I am looking for a tool using which i can analyze social media presence like accounts/pages on different social media platforms . Also tool fetch publicly available stats like likes, followers , no. of posts , no. of comments , tweets , no. of videos etc. I need a free tool for this . I can do this manually but want to save some time .
