Which tool to decrease keyword rank for website?

Friend of mine's company received a fda warning letter, and it now shows up in top 2 posiiton whenever someone googles his company name. Even though it was over a year ago, and was just a warning

OBJECTIVE:
Needs to reduce ^ this links keyword rank for his company name.

need to remove it from first page ranking for a couple of keywords.

Tools/strategy?

Impossible.
Only way is to remove the reason of it and contact fda.gov - maybe they will remove this warning after further review.

anything actionable? contact me if you think you can help. whether spamming it out if bad context, link spamming millions of negative keywords, there should be some basic strategy to affect the rank.

Post a request in WTB section of the forum.

In my point of view i think it will not possible, but not sure you can ask or put a post in respective section of this forum.

1. Remove the ranked content from their website
2. Outrank the website with other sites
3. Add the site to GSC and add a "removal" of url from search engines

You can post a request on the Hire A Freelancer section and some people who have more knowledge/experience will respond to do it for you for a fee. Please do your due diligence before you hire anyone.
