Hello experts, I built around 5k backlinks like profiles, web 2, forums, edu, and more. I want to index my all links, can you suggest me which tool is best for that? Thanks in advance!

bad links are hard to index and if you can't manage to index them using good indexing services then SEO tools will yield even worse results.
This being said, GSA, Xrumer and Scrapebox are probably the best 3 tools I can think of, but only if you spam the shit out of those backlinks. If you use these tools with caution you'll get almost no results, so either spam them to death or don't bother at all

scrapebox and gsa might be worth a try - cant hurt

OP: using those (Or seoautopilot, xrumer, etc) for T3+ is a good strategy if you go at it balls out...
I know a lot of people use them for T2 as well, but I wouldn't recommend it if your money safe is a long-term project and not a rinse n repeat - just because people are getting away with it now doesn't mean you're seeing people won't be deindexed next week
Never ever ever direct such a blast to your money site and then no page on it and never under any circumstances
