Which tool is best for first tier

Hi,
I new to BH seo and want to set my 1 tier by the tool, however, i dont know which is best for it.
GSA, Se,MS,or anything else? i want to know which is best and how to set up the 1 tier by it.
Anything details about 1 tier?

Is it possible to post one article per web 2.0 via magic submitter? I mean 10 unique articles to 10 wen 2.0 without spinning etc.

You can use Ultimate Deamon for first to third tier.

Scritty - how long ago did you use Magic Submitter? I have not found it to be either underperforming or undersupported.
